Tokyo's Sunshine 60 Observatory Tenbou Park, located in Ikebukuro, will hold a special event titles Summer Scenery at Tenbou Park from July 9 to August 31.
Situated 251 meters above sea level, the indoor observatory will feature a vibrant display of sunflowers, wind chimes, and pinwheels.
Visitors can also enjoy limited-edition beverages at the cafe, and families can participate in hands-on activities like wind chime making.
Summer-Themed Photo Spots

During the event, the facility will feature a pathway lined with approximately 550 sunflowers (including live plants), 200 wind chimes, and 50 pinwheels.

Visitors can also step into a 360-degree sunflower photo spot—the perfect way to take vibrant summer photos while staying cool and out of the weather.

After sunset (from 19:00 onwards), the observatory transforms into a romantic space where illuminated sunflowers meet the Tokyo nightscape.
Couples and friends can take advantage of the special "Night Pair Ticket" for evening admission—don't miss the chance to experience these breathtaking night views!
Insta-worthy, Summer-Perfect Cream Sodas
At the adjacent Tenbou Park CAFE, visitors can enjoy limited-edition, two-tone cream sodas inspired by the observatory's day and night views.
