Yayoi Kusama x Louis Vuitton Pop Up Store Opens in Harajuku in January!

Iconic pop artist Yayoi Kusama has teamed up once again with haute couture giants Louis Vuitton after 10 years, and their newest collection will be available in a unique pop up store this January.

The store will open from January 2nd until January 22nd, 2023, and will be located in Tokyo’s lively and colorful fashion centre Harajuku.

Enter the Surreal Polka Dot Universe of Yayoi Kusama

Set to be more than just a clothing store, the new pop up shop will draw visitors into the magical world of Yayoi Kusama’s art. The elaborately designed interior will feature a huge art installation, and visiting the store is sure to be an experience in itself.

One of the world’s most influential modern artists, Yayoi Kusama has captivated people all over the globe for decades with her distinctive polka-dot motifs and otherworldly installations.

Whimsical, magical, and mesmerizing, her works have become iconic and are instantly recognizable.

Her 2023 collection with Louis Vuitton will include bags, footwear, and fragrances. It will feature new versions of Louis Vuitton’s iconic NéoNoé BB and Capucines BB & bags, complete with Kusama’s striking polka-dot motifs.
