One of the largest athletic parks in Japan
Greenier is located on Mt. Rokko, about 35 minutes from central Kobe and about 60 minutes by car from Osaka.
If you are going by public transportation, the ``Rokko Cable Athletic Coupon'' (3,250 yen for adults, 2,220 yen for children) is a great deal, which includes the Rokko Cable, a mountain bus free ticket, and a Greenier admission ticket.
From Hanshin Mikage Station, JR Rokkomichi Station, or Hankyu Rokko Station, take the Kobe City Bus to Rokko Cable Shita Station, then take the Rokko Cable to the top of the mountain. From there, take the mountain bus and get off at the Athletic Park-mae stop, then walk for about 4 minutes.

``Greenier'' is a facility with a total of 174 athletic play equipment scattered in 7 areas on a vast site approximately the size of 6 Hanshin Koshien Stadiums. True to its theme, ``Mountains, sky, and waterfront. An adventure kingdom where everything is a stage,'' there are athletic activities on land, water, and in the air, and there are so many playgrounds that even one day is not enough.
The number of points (types) for each area and athletics are as follows.
・Variety athletic “yahhoy”: 30 points
・Water athletics “wonder amenbo”: 34 points
・Muscle athletic “de kairiki”: 20 points
・Field athletic “wonder yamambo”: 40 points
・Activity sports “mt. king”: 5 points
・Forest adventure “mecya forest”: 37 points
・Long zip slide “zip slide”: 2 points
Of the above, Fishers supervised four areas: ``Yahhoi'', ``Wonder Amenbo'', ``Dekai Riki'', and ``Wonder Yamanbo''.
There are so many athletic events that it is extremely difficult to visit them all in one day. No wonder there are so many repeat customers.
You can also go around the area and play as much as you like. If you want to get around efficiently, we recommend checking the website in advance to see what kind of athletics there are and planning your route. The ways to play are endless! This is probably one of the charms of Greenier.
In front of each athletic area, there is a board with 4 levels displayed, so please refer to it.
The approximate level of each athletic is as follows.
・4 crowns: Extremely annoying (even adults should be careful)
・3 crowns: Difficult (for adults and people with physical strength)
・2 crowns: Normal (Challenge OK for elementary school students)
・One crown: Easy (also recommended for preschoolers)
If there's something you're interested in, try it out.
What should I wear and what should I be careful about when going to Greenier?
When visiting Greenier, please wear clothes and shoes that are easy to move in. There is also water athletics, so be sure to wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet, or a swimsuit under your clothes (you cannot participate in the experience wearing just a swimsuit). There are changing rooms, shower rooms, and coin lockers, so you can change your clothes on site.
Also, since the Forest Adventure Zip Slide involves climbing up high, heels, sandals, and Crocs are strictly prohibited. Even in other areas, we recommend that you wear comfortable athletic shoes to prevent falls and injuries.
In addition, detailed advice on visiting Greenier is provided on the website. Check it out before you go out to play.

Introducing “Greenier” popular athletics
"Greenier" has 174 athletics in total. For those who are wondering where to start playing, we will introduce recommended areas.
The first thing I'd like to introduce is "Wonder Amenbo." This is one of the areas supervised by Fishers, where you can experience thrilling play with athletics set up on the water. Full of suspenseful and exciting athletic activities, such as crossing logs and bridges to avoid falling into the pond! If you visit Greenier, this is a highly recommended area that you should definitely visit.
The Wonder Amenbo experience is for elementary school students and above and height 110cm and above.
*Elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian *Shower rooms can be used for 200 yen for 5 minutes
In 2023, the third season of operation, four new points will be added and the power will be increased. In addition to the extremely difficult ``3 Second Wall,'' where you have to clear progressively narrower scaffolding within 3 seconds while keeping your back against a wall approximately 4 meters wide, there are also ``Cliff Bouldering'' and ``Incandescent! Water Dash.'' ”, and a new confrontational athletic competition called “Hand Push Dosukoi Battle” has been added.
For those who want to try their hand at extreme athleticism, we recommend ``Yahhoi'' and ``De Kairiki.''
High-level athletic skills are required, such as ``At the Top of the Wall,'' where you run up two large and small walls of 3.6 m and 2.6 m, and touch the top of the wall, and ``Super Stair Athletics,'' which requires arm strength. There are four athletic qualities that are required.
``yahhoy kids'' is recommended for families with children.
The kids' area is aimed at children in fourth grade and younger, and is equipped with play equipment that is easy for small children to play. The focus is on crown-level athletics such as swinging, log crossing, and bouldering.
In addition, you can enjoy trampolines, pedal boats, grass slides, putter golf, and go-karts as much as you like! It's included in the admission fee, so enjoy it to your heart's content.
Those who want to enjoy full-fledged aerial athletics can expand their range of play with an additional fee.
For those who want to enjoy authentic aerial athletics, we recommend ``Forest Adventure'' and ``Long Zip Ride.'' Both of these require an additional fee, and are applicable to children over 110cm tall, under 100kg in weight, and in first grade of elementary school and above. Advance reservations are required.
"Forest Adventure" is located in the "mecya forest" area. Participants will try out athletic activities such as logs and ropes set up in the forest, and a 220m long zip slide while wearing safety equipment (harness) to prevent falls.
The athletic track is set 2 to 15 meters above the ground and is thrilling! There are 6 courses in total, 37 points, and the content is also substantial.
Participants complete the procedures at the reception desk and first receive a lecture on how to use the service. You can rest assured that the safety harness will be securely attached by the staff. We also provide helmets for children.
At first, you may feel stiff due to the height, but don't worry, you'll be wearing a harness. If you take the plunge, you'll become addicted to the fun, which is different from athletics on the ground, and you might want to repeat it over and over again. Many parents seem to see their children grow from being scared to seeing them happy and saying, ``I did it!'' after the experience.
For those who want to experience the thrill and exhilaration, we recommend the long zip slide in the ``zip slide area''. You can enjoy two zip slides, the going is about 256m and the return is about 201m.
There is no doubt that it feels good to slide vigorously over the large lawn! Please enjoy the panoramic view from the air.
Aerial athletics experience is for elementary school students and above, height 110cm or more and weight 100kg or less
*If you do not want to experience it, you can watch from the lower path. 1st and 2nd grade elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian; 3rd graders and under 18 years old must be supervised by a guardian.
Check out restaurants and shops
Approximately 63% of those who visit Greenier stay for more than 4 hours, and many people take a lunch break in the middle to play some more. You can bring your own boxed lunch or eat at the barbecue area or restaurant inside the park.
The barbecue area has three areas: a covered area, a sunbeam area, and a dog area (advance reservations required). In addition to plans where you can bring your own ingredients, we also have plans that come with ingredients included, so you can easily enjoy a barbecue without bringing anything.

Restaurant Alpenrose, located near the main gate, is a restaurant where you purchase a meal ticket from a ticket vending machine and hand it to the staff to order. The menu has a wide variety of items including hamburgers and curry. Be sure to check out the menu items that can only be eaten here, such as Fisher's curry, plate lunch, and Mt. Rokko's special roast beef bowl.
On the first floor of the building where "Restaurant Alpenrose" is located, there is "Greenier Official Shop" where you can buy original "Greener" goods. If you are looking for a souvenir to commemorate your visit, please check it out.
Shop Green Leaf, a mini shop with a takeout corner and a shop corner, sells drinks, sweets, play items, souvenirs, and more.
Inside the venue, we also have original soft serve ice cream made with milk from the foot of Mt. Rokko that can only be purchased here, as well as snacks for when you get hungry, such as hot dogs, yakisoba, and pork buns.
Said to be one of the largest athletic parks in Japan, ``Greenier'' has many athletic activities that both children and adults can enjoy, so you can play all day long and still have plenty of fun. Spending time in nature, moving your body to the fullest, will feel great and will make you feel better.
Especially if you go with a group of friends or family, you'll definitely have more fun! We highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a fun spot to have fun.
