Illumination of Southeast Botanical Garden

This is an illumination event unique to botanical gardens that can be enjoyed by all three generations, from couples to families.

In 2022, it has won 3rd place in the country for the second consecutive year in the Illumination Award selected by Nightscape Lighters.

The original illuminations, which were installed with the participation of all the staff, received high praise and were certified as one of the ``Three Great Night Views of Okinawa.''

・"Okinawa's Three Major Night Views": This is an illumination category of the newly created "Night Landscape Light Brand" with the aim of improving the nighttime charm of Okinawa Prefecture and promoting night view lights.

Illumination situation

This year's theme is "Shining Tropical Flowers."

The garden is decorated with motifs unique to botanical gardens, including magnificent lotus flower illuminations, hibiscus, and jade vine, creating a world of illuminations unique to Okinawa.

Enjoy the tropical resort illuminations that light up the palm trees and create a fantastical color on the trees and promenades in the park.
