Our story about Noto

Let us share our story related to the Noto area.

The now-popular JAPONISME tour, Sake Sensations, originated in Noto. That was eight years ago. A foodie guest's love for Japanese cuisine, especially sea urchin and milt, sparked a desire for a special sake experience. Through the preparation for them, she discovered her love for the region and wanted more people to know about it. This tour goes beyond boundaries, offering a tasting of various Noto sakes and unique local delicacies. This experience deepened her love for Japanese sake and marked the beginning of JAPONISME’s successful sake tour.

Of the 11 known sake breweries in Noto, four are completely destroyed, four are partially damaged, and others face various challenges. Sake breweries in areas of Ishikawa Prefecture beyond Okunoto have also been affected.

For this tour, we carefully collected a variety of sake from Ishikawa Prefecture, hoping to support Noto through our company. We eagerly await your applications!

We are looking forward to sharing joy of sake with you!
