A drink made by mixing sudachi syrup and mild shochu with strong carbonic acid and floating cut sudachi.
The snack is ``Doteyaki'' (stewed beef tendon style) made by the owner of the main store, Aoi Aoi.
This dish is made with slowly stewed Shimanto beef tendon and konjac mixed with exquisitely seasoned miso, so it's sure to go well with Sudachi Shochu Highball!

Rarirurero , which will be opening for the first time, will be temporarily open from 5pm next to Aoi Cafe.
We offer ``Nigori Sake Draft, made with a lot of time and effort by just our family,'' which is a limited edition sake from Shuto Sake Brewery in Saijo City. Made from Nikomaru grapes from Ehime Prefecture, it has a refreshing Calpis sour-like flavor, a crisp texture, and a dry finish with a sharp aftertaste.
For snacks, we are preparing ``salted squid from Aomori'' .
We also have ``Oden'' as another menu item!
*This is not a store opening at Rariru Yagura main store, but a temporary store next to Aoi Cafe.

[Hot Amazake Whiskey] by Kominka Ito House Tomanya
Toumanya 's oshizake is the ``Hot Amazake Whiskey,'' which was popular last time.

Saryo Hiranoya will continue to offer "Matcha Beer" as last time, pursuing the marriage of Japanese sweets and alcohol!
The high-quality matcha from the Kanbayashi Harumatsu main store goes perfectly with beer!

Ozu City is located in the western part of Shikoku, in the region known as Nanyo, and is an area centered around the Ozu Basin, facing the Seto Inland Sea to the north and the Shikoku Mountains to the south. The clear Hijikawa River flows through the center of the city, and as its name suggests, the river curves like an elbow as it runs through the town, bringing many blessings to the city, including nature, history, culture, and local specialties. Remnants of the city's prosperity as a castle town around Ozu Castle during the Edo period still live on the banks of the Hijikawa River.
