About the Tour

During the tour, the president himself will talk about business succession and new ventures. After graduating from university, he learned production technology at a major heavy industry company and joined Koizumi Manufacturing in 2007. In 2014, following the sudden passing of the previous president, he took over as president at the age of 32. Starting without any handover and not even knowing where the company seal was, he faced enormous debt. However, he aggressively pursued new business ventures and embraced unknown challenges. As a result, he has transformed the company into something truly exciting over the past decade.

First, there will be a lecture from the CEO.

You will learn how the CEO, who took over the business without any handover, expanded the company.
You will get a feel for the spirit of Koizumi Seisakusho, which is challenging itself with manufacturing in all industries.

Factory Tour

Now let's take a look at the technology at Koizumi Manufacturing.

The tour is divided into three stages (welding, plating, and pipe bending).

Nejiyan

Something to note before you start your tour!

There are lots of "Nejiyans"(original character made by screws) at Koizumi Seisakusho.
Find your favorite Nejiyan.

This is a Nejiyan hanging from a tree.

This is a dog Nejiyan.

Welding

"Nejiyan" is a character made by welding together screws.
Use your imagination and try making it yourself.
The staff will provide detailed instructions, so everyone from children to adults can enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

Plating

Using special techniques, we apply a plating to the pipes to make them look beautiful.

Pipe bending

Finally, you'll have the chance to try bending a pipe.

It actually takes skill to bend a pipe into a nice curve.
If you try to bend it by hand, it will snap.
So, we'll use this machine to bend the pipe.

Koizumi Manufacturing welcomes many overseas groups, including those from Germany, Malaysia and more.
