What is Axcelia's insurance policy?

Axcelia basically offers the following package:
i. Full insurance for persons and property
ii. Personal insurance
iii. Repair costs for the vehicle will be charged.
iv. NOC (*4): 20,000 yen/day
With additional insurance (payment ranging from 1,800 to 3,300 yen per day), the repair cost will be covered up to 150,000 yen, and there will be no NOC.
*4: Non-operation charge, as compensation in case a car needs to be repaired or cleaned after use.

What is Axcelia's cancellation policy?

Cancellation can be made only by telephone (0120-160-500). There will be no cancellation charge for calls made before 17:00, seven days before the reservation date. After this deadline, the cancellation fee is as follows:
i. Phone call before 17:00, three to six days before the reservation date: 20％ of the reservation fee.
ii. Before 17:00, two to one day before the reservation date: 50％ of the reservation fee.
iii. After 17:00, one day before the reservation date, or no notification: 100％ of the reservation fee.

Is it possible to rent a car immediately after reservation?

Since the website does not allow same-day reservations, customers should inquire via an on-site chat or a phone call.
