Our breakfast buffet offers carefully selected Japanese and Okinawa cuisine made with plenty of Okinawa ingredients. The highlight is the seafood corner, which is modeled after an Okinawa seafood market. We offer a Toyotomi of dishes, mainly tuna, squid, and sea grapes caught in the waters off Okinawa . You can pile your favorite ingredients into a bowl overflowing with ingredients and finish it off with our special soy sauce to create your own original seafood bowl.

Our Okinawan cuisine menu has a wide variety of dishes, from classics to creative cuisine, such as Okinawa Tempura made with fried mozuku seaweed, white fish, purple sweet potato, etc., Okinawa soba made with homemade noodles and soup by Taira Noodle Factory, a popular restaurant on Kokusai Street, and Golden Carrot Salad made with island carrots.
