Our newly opened breakfast buffet offers carefully selected Japanese and Okinawan cuisine using plenty of Okinawan ingredients. The highlight is the seafood corner, modeled after an Okinawan seafood market. We offer a wide variety of dishes, mainly tuna, squid, and sea grapes caught in the waters off Okinawa. You can enjoy your own original seafood bowl by piling your favorites into an overflowing bowl and finishing it off with special soy sauce.

Our Okinawan cuisine menu has a wide variety of dishes, from classics to creative cuisine, such as Okinawa Tempura made with fried mozuku seaweed, white fish, purple sweet potato, etc., Okinawa soba made with homemade noodles and soup by Taira Noodle Factory, a popular restaurant on Kokusai Street, and Golden Carrot Salad made with island carrots.

Guests having breakfast can choose from two venues: "Okinawan Dining Jinanbou," which serves Japanese and Okinawan cuisine, and "Buffet & Grill QWACHI," which offers everything from Western food to classic Okinawan dishes, so you can enjoy your favorite breakfast depending on your mood for the day.
