Autumn is the season for appetite! "Autumn's Best Meat Fair" brings together stamina-boosting meat dishes from around the world

This event is the 8th hotel-wide fair of the Oriental Hotels & Resorts and will be held simultaneously at three facilities: Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay (Chiba Prefecture), Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel (Hyogo Prefecture), and Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa (Okinawa Prefecture).

This fair will feature a lineup of meat dishes from around the world, including the king of meat dishes, roast beef carpaccio, chicken and chips, ice vine terrine, and Eastern European stew made with Japanese black beef simmered until tender. The melt-in-your-mouth roast beef carpaccio can be served on hot rice to make a roast beef bowl, while the crispy, juicy fillet cutlet can be served in a bun with pickled tartar sauce as an accent, or topped on curry to make a cutlet curry. You can enjoy it in a variety of ways, depending on your preference. In addition, at the live station, the chef will prepare a freshly squeezed Mont Blanc with a rich chestnut flavor right in front of you.
