For children of different ages, the airport has special areas to cater to their needs and provides friendly support at all times.

Baby Room

There are a number of separate baby rooms available in the airport's Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The indoor spaces are bright, clean, decorated with colorful wood motifs, warm and comfortable, and have been well received by many travelers.

The baby room is equipped with a nursing room (only open to women) and is equipped with a diaper changing station, an automatic diaper laminating trash can, hot water for breastfeeding, a washing sink, a sofa, and more. In addition, we also provide microwaves (with some exceptions) for easily heating up baby food.

Families can relax in the facility, and fathers can take care of their children in all rooms except for the nursing room.

At Kansai International Airport, families with infants are allowed to use the baby room before boarding and bring a bottle of warm milk with them when boarding. They can then ask a flight attendant to bring it with them after takeoff to avoid any hassle.

Feeding your baby after takeoff can effectively relieve the discomfort caused by pressure changes in the ears and calm your baby's anxiety.

Kids Corner

There are free kids' corners available in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the airport. The corners are filled with colorful items and a variety of fun toys, so children from 0 to 6 years old can have fun playing together with their parents. You don't have to worry about your little ones getting bored or noisy, even during the relatively long wait before your flight!

Drinking fountains / hot water / water supply

Kansai International Airport provides more considerate services for travelers with different cultures and lifestyles. Hot and cold water supply facilities are available in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Look for the mark in the picture above.
