How to make a reservation

Reservations are made through a dedicated reservation site. Reservations are accepted from the 1st of the month, two months prior to the stay date, so it is important to plan ahead. Reservations can be made online, and multiple payment methods are available, including credit cards and QR code payments.

In addition, if you make an inquiry through the Hinata Concierge, English-speaking staff will contact you and provide various support such as booking a campsite, arranging transportation and meals, so you can enjoy camping with peace of mind.

Introducing the Asagiri Camp Base Sorairo website

Asagiri Camp Base Sorairo has four main site areas. Here we will introduce each area.

A relaxing site with a sense of security

It is located right in front of the management building, making it highly convenient. It also comes equipped with a permanent fire pit. For a view of Mt. Fuji, we recommend sitting in front of the management building.

A spacious and relaxing site

This site boasts the largest area of the four and is ideal for family camping. It offers a quiet environment and is relatively empty outside of peak season. It is also characterized by its close proximity to the garbage station and ash dump.

A site where you can fully enjoy the spectacular views of Mt. Fuji

It was originally a baseball field and has a unique shape. You can see Mt. Fuji from any spot, so you can enjoy the charms of Mt. Fuji to the fullest.

A quiet "shippori" site

Located at the very back of the campsite, it is perfect for those who want to spend time in a quiet environment. In addition to Mt. Fuji, you can also see Mt. Kenashi, so it is especially recommended for those who want to enjoy the scenery.

Introducing the facilities at Asagiri Camp Base Sorairo

Asagiri Camp Base Sorairo is fully equipped with camper-friendly facilities.

Administration building

The new and stylish administration building is located near the entrance to the campground and is equipped with wheelchair-accessible toilets. The shop sells camping equipment and local specialties.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a water heater, so you can wash dishes comfortably even in winter as there is hot water available.

Permanent fire pit

In the "Relaxing" area, there is a permanent fire pit that is available for all guests to use free of charge. If you would like to use it, please ask at the reception desk in the management building for instructions on how to use it.

Hot shower

Each area is equipped with hot showers that can be used 24 hours a day for free . The private rooms are also new and clean, which is a plus.

Garbage Station

There are two garbage stations on the site, one between the Relaxing Site and the Relaxing Site, and one at the Shippori Site. There are also buckets for disposing of ashes after a bonfire. Please note that when disposing of burnable garbage, plastic bottles, and cans, you will need special garbage bags, which can be purchased at the management building.
