GTN 5G Prepaid is a prepaid SIM card with calling functionality that comes with unlimited calling within Japan and data, and can be chosen for a usage period of 30 or 90 days.

Data capacity/sales price

*Prices shown include tax.
*If data usage exceeds the specified capacity, communication speed will be slowed down (up to 300kbps).
*Internet connection using 5G or LTE communication networks is available, but actual service quality may vary depending on the region and time of day.
*The data capacity for the "90-day" plan above indicates the maximum data capacity that can be used in one month. Note that the data capacity is updated at the beginning of each month, so any remaining data cannot be carried over to the next month.
*Domestic calls are generally covered by the "unlimited calling" plan , meaning calls within Japan are free and unlimited, but there are some exceptions, such as calls to 0570 Navi Dial , in which case a charge of 27.5 yen (tax included) will be incurred per 30 seconds. International call charges also vary depending on the country.
*If you send an SMS, you will be charged an additional 3.3 yen (tax included) per message within Japan and 100 yen (tax-exempt) per message overseas.

4. Documents required for application

When applying, you will need the following two documents :
① In addition to a passport , one of the following: ② A document issued by a foreign government or an authorized international organization recognized by the Japanese government, or other similar document * Only documents that include your name and address and are valid at the time of presentation are accepted.
Example: Driver's license, ID card
*All items must be within the expiration date.

5. List of stores

This plan is available at GTN Mobile Shin-Okubo Main Store and GTN Osaka Store , and can be issued on the same day to anyone who has the necessary documents.
