Pietro is a company with origins in Fukuoka, founded in 1980. Since opening its restaurant in Tenjin, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture as "Western Noodle Shop Pietro," the company has been serving many customers not only traditional dishes but also innovative menu items that overturn the notion of pasta. In addition to the pasta, the dressing made with fresh domestic onions and sweet Kyushu soy sauce is also popular, and is now a familiar dish on the dining tables of households all over the country.

Pietro, which started as a restaurant in 1980, has been loved by locals in Fukuoka. The cozy space with high ceilings and the warmth of wood and greenery is full of openness. Freshly made delicious food is delivered from the lively open kitchen! There are also counter seats, so you can use it casually even by yourself. The pasta of "Anesi", the oldest pasta brand in Italy, is smooth and comfortable, unique to Teflon dice, and has a bouncy texture. We offer not only tomato sauce and cream sauce, but also Japanese pasta such as Pietro's specialty soy sauce sauce and cod roe sauce, and pasta with a choice of ingredients and sauce. From the classic grand menu that has not changed since the restaurant's founding to seasonal menus using seasonal ingredients! It is also recommended for after-meal desserts and tea time with friends.

With its high ceilings and the warmth of wood and greenery, this cozy space is perfect for lunch or dinner, and is also recommended as a cafe. There are also limited menus and desserts that can only be found at the main store, so you can enjoy it depending on the time of day.

Pietro is famous for its pasta, but you can also just come for tea time.

The recommended menu item at the Centrale store is the "homemade gelato" that is only available at the Centrale store. It is recommended as a dessert when it is a little hot, as a palate cleanser after a meal, or when you are just a little hungry. However, this dessert is only available after 3pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. It seems you need to be careful about the timing of your visit!

But that's not all there is on the Pietro dessert menu! My personal recommendation is the "Vanilla Gateau Crush." It's a great dish to have when you're craving something sweet or want to feel satisfied.
