Tokyo Disney Resort Christmas: Magical Parades and Decorations

Following last year’s finale of a decade-long parade, Tokyo Disneyland introduces Toyful Christmas!, a brand-new procession bursting with festive cheer. Inspired by Santa’s toy factory, the parade brings toys to life as they join Mickey and other Disney friends in playful interactions that create warm, memorable moments for guests.

At Tokyo DisneySea, the Disney Christmas Welcome Party will make its appearance. When Christmas music plays, Mickey, Duffy, and other stars dressed in Christmas-themed outfits will appear together with Santa Claus to warmly greet guests in the Mediterranean Harbor. Additionally, the American Waterfront will feature street entertainment performances presenting exciting content.

Tokyo Disneyland — Toyful Christmas!

Tokyo Disneyland debuts the brand-new parade performance Toyful Christmas! filled with joyful magic. To fulfill the wishes children sent to Santa's toy factory, the toys carefully made by Santa and his elves will appear together with Mickey and other Disney friends to interact happily with guests.

The parade opens with Santa’s toy factory where toys are made. Not only do Mickey, Minnie, and Pete appear alongside Christmas-style teddy bears, but toy vehicles, building-block toys, and a merry Nutcracker doll band performing music also delight guests one after another. All kinds of toys gain life from Christmas magic, begin playing unique tunes and dancing energetic steps, bringing this toy Christmas celebration to a spectacular peak.

Tokyo DisneySea — Disney Christmas Welcome Party

The Disney Christmas Welcome Party is performed in Tokyo DisndeySea’s Mediterranean Harbor. Accompanied by richly arranged, bright and upbeat Christmas music, Mickey, Duffy and other Disney friends together with Santa Claus ride on boats adorned with Christmas decorations, presenting heartwarming, cozy moments.

Park Decorations

Approximately 15-meter-tall Christmas trees will stand in World Bazaar at Tokyo Disneyland and at the American Waterfront in Tokyo DisneySea. The tree decorations are lavish and radiant, weaving a warm visual atmosphere.

In addition, Tokyo Disneyland will feature Toyful Christmas! themed decorations in front of Cinderella Castle to add more joyful elements to the park scenery; Tokyo DisneySea’s Mediterranean Harbor will install newly designed illuminated tree-shaped decorations to make the park’s nighttime ambiance even more romantic.

Attractions

From November 1 through January 12, 2026, Tokyo Disneyland’s Country Bear Theater will present a special Christmas-only version titled Country Bear Christmas Jamboree. The Country Bear Band will perform a varied lineup of winter songs to joyfully celebrate the holiday season with guests. Additionally, the Haunted Mansion will be redecorated with the special event theme Haunted Mansion: Holiday Nightmare from September 16 through January 12, 2026.

Christmas Limited Special Merchandise

Starting November 10, the two parks will begin selling special Disney Christmas merchandise prior to the start of the event. The items in the series will feature images of Mickey and friends excitedly preparing to spend Christmas in the parks.

The Christmas elf Li'l RingRing, dressed in soft-toned outfits, is also the design theme for items such as sweaters, plush crossbody bags, and decorative headbands. In addition, merchandise sold at Tokyo Disneyland such as plush pins will be dressed in Toyful Christmas! themed costumes.

Please note, the contents of special merchandise may change without prior notice. Also, items may become sold out or end sales during the event period, and some items may continue to be sold after the event ends.

Christmas Limited Special Food & Drink

Starting November 1, special Christmas-themed food and drinks will be available in the parks ahead of the event. Dining locations such as Tokyo Disneyland’s Refreshment Corner and Granny Sara’s Kitchen will prepare specially crafted seasonal dishes. Additionally, the parfaits sold at the Ice Cream Cone stand not only use a variety of rich chocolates but will also be topped with popular park snacks like popcorn and churros.

At Tokyo DisneySea, Horizon Bay Restaurant and Café Portofino will respectively offer set meals such as roasted beef and grilled beef, serving festive-flavored dishes to tempt guests' palates.
