Visitors arriving at Tokyo Tower will find a roughly 10‑meter LITTLE TOKYO TOWER rising in the Tower GARDEN, bathed in Kiki & Lala’s signature pink and pale blue. The installation doubles as a dedicated photo spot where guests can take commemorative pictures in a softly lit setting. Beginning at 16:00 each day, a short lighting show set to the Little Twin Stars original song Twinkle My Dear...☆ runs approximately every 15 minutes (each show about five minutes), with the final performance at 22:30. Overall illuminations are on from 9:00 to 23:00.

Twinkle GARDEN: 43,000 lights and charming details

The adjacent Twinkle GARDEN promises a highly photogenic atmosphere, some 43,000 hanging lights, ribbon ornaments and white trees shimmer in pink and light‑blue hues, evoking a starry Kiki & Lala world ideal for holiday photos and evening strolls.
