KARUIZAWA INTERNATIONAL (Curling) features Japan national-level teams and overseas powerhouse teams every year. In the past, teams from curling powerhouse countries such as Sweden, Switzerland, Canada, Germany, South Korea, and the United States have participated.

Regular Japanese teams include SC Karuizawa Club, Fortius, Loco Solare, Hokkaido Bank, and Chubu Electric Power. From overseas, teams with world championship achievements such as Sweden's Team Hasselborg, Switzerland's Team Tirinzoni, and Germany's Team Muskatewitz have participated in the past.
