Until January 11! Dragon Quest × Final Fantasy in Yokohama

Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy are bringing their worlds together in Yokohama’s Minato Mirai district for a winter celebration running from November 11, 2026, to January 11, 2027.

Held at Landmark Plaza and MARK IS Minatomirai, Yokohama Minato Mirai Winter Holiday 2026 will feature holiday decorations, character photo spots, a collaboration café, and limited-time merchandise.

Slime, Chocobo, and other familiar characters will appear throughout the venues, giving fans plenty to discover during the Christmas and New Year season.

A Holiday Tree Where Two Legendary Worlds Meet

Landmark Plaza’s first-floor Sakata no Tane Garden Square will feature Where Legends Meet: A Miraculous Holiday Tree, a special display inspired by both RPG series.

The setting imagines a moment during an adventure: stepping out of a forest on a snowy, star-filled night to discover a holiday tree surrounded by beloved characters.

Character statues and panels will also create photo opportunities throughout the facilities.

The tree’s decorations will change from December 26, bringing a different look for the remainder of the holiday season.

Slime and Chocobo Welcome Visitors at MARK IS Minatomirai

At Grand Galleria on the first floor of MARK IS Minatomirai, a large holiday display will feature Dragon Quest’s Slime and Final Fantasy’s Chocobo.

Treasure chest-inspired gift boxes packed with popular monsters add a playful touch to the festive setting.

Like the Landmark Plaza tree, this installation will receive a decoration update from December 26, continuing the celebration into the New Year.

Character-Inspired Food at SlaChoco Kitchen

Visitors can enjoy food, desserts, and drinks inspired by the two series. Alongside a menu available throughout the event, seasonal selections will change midway through the campaign.

The first-half menu runs from November 11 to December 11, followed by the second-half menu from December 12 to January 11.

Café visitors will receive an A5 clear file featuring the event artwork, limited to one per person per visit. Each limited-menu food item, dessert, or drink ordered also comes with a randomly selected coaster from seven designs, while supplies last.

Advance reservations are recommended and carry a 550-yen reservation fee. Walk-ins will be accepted when seats are available.

The café is scheduled to operate shorter hours on December 31 and close on January 1.

Make a Slime or Chocobo at a Fuse Bead Workshop

At the Cafe Fan Base event space, visitors can create pixel-art-style Slime and Chocobo fuse bead designs inspired by the original Famicom Dragon Quest and the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series.

Finished creations can be taken home, and a ball chain can be attached to turn them into keychains.

Participation costs 1,760 yen, including one fuse bead activity and an original SlaChoco Kitchen drink.

The workshop runs from 11:30 to 18:40, with final admission at 18:10. Spaces are limited, and reservations must be made separately through the designated LINE booking service.

A workshop booking does not include café admission or the café’s order bonus.
