This event will feature a folding screen depicting Kazumasa Ishikawa, the lord of the castle who built the magnificent castle tower, on the castle tower and stone walls of Matsumoto Castle, one of the five existing national treasures and the oldest of the five-story, six-story castle towers. Dynamic and fantastic projection mapping images will be projected, including dynamic digital animation of pictures, digital art with motifs of snowflakes and ice, and hundreds of flowers blooming beautifully in the Northern Alps.
Admission is free and no advance registration is required.
During the exhibition period: December 16th (Sat) - January 7th, 2024 (Sunday), January 8th (Monday) - January 26th (Friday), Period > From Saturday, January 27th to Wednesday, February 14th, you can enjoy projection mapping performances with different themes.
In addition, due to popular demand, we have extended the exhibition period, and from February 16th (Friday) to February 18th (Sunday), you can enjoy all of the projection mapping performances from the first to third periods.
