“NAKED CITY LIGHT FANTASIA 2023 Harukas 300” is currently being held, a co-creation art event that connects people from Osaka and the world.

At the opening ceremony on the first day of the event, November 28th (Tuesday), Myakumyaku, the official character of the 2025 Osaka Kansai Expo, will appear! They experienced the "DANDELION PROJECT" exhibited at Harukas 300.

The DANDELION dandelion fluff blown by the Myrtle Mia will connect to DANDELION, which will be on display at the Expo Commemoration Park starting December 1st, and will connect all of Osaka in preparation for the 2025 Expo.

Projection mapping and interactive art planned and constructed by students from the Art Science Department of Osaka University of Arts will also be featured on the 58th floor Twin Towers. This art was created as part of the ``0×0=∞ (Mugendai) Project,'' a project in which Naked and students from the Art Science Department of Osaka University of Arts collaborate to challenge creativity from scratch. We will communicate to the world the power of the next generation of creators who will carry Osaka's future, which is touted as one of the many attractions of the Expo.
