15:00 Shijo style knife ceremony course

18:00 Medicinal dishes using local ingredients supervised by a local university

08:30 Departs from Yumoto Sakakibarakan

09:30 Visit Ise Jingu Geku

11:30 VISON (Medicinal lunch, herbal bath & sauna quaorto experience, shopping)

15:30 Tsu Kannon (inner shrine view and Goma prayer)

17:30 Arrive at Kintetsu Tsu Station Disband
