What is homemade Original Caviar?
In February 2022, the hotel worked on making homemade Original Caviar for the first time. Generally caviar in markets has a salt concentration of 7% to 10%, but the caviar at Sendai Kokusai Hotels is made with a "lightly salted'' salt concentration of 3%. Restaurant L'osier D'or is located on the 5th floor of Sendai Kokusai Hotel.
