As part of this renewal, Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel, the flagship hotel of Hotel Management Japan's hotel chain brand "Oriental Hotels & Resorts," will be introducing new menu items such as "Kobe High Curry," a reproduction of the traditional flavor enjoyed at the former Oriental Hotel, which it continues in its lineage, as well as the adorable "Donut Wall," a popular menu item at "Oriental Hotels & Resorts" that is also a feast for the eyes.

We also have a variety of menus to brighten up your mornings during your stay, such as teppanyaki beef burgers prepared right in front of you by our chefs, and omelets that you can arrange with your favorite ingredients. We also have a wide selection of local dishes such as miso rafute and chanpuru that give you a taste of Okinawa, sea grape rice bowls, and Okinawa soba noodles with mozuku seaweed. This is a reproduction of the traditional curry that was enjoyed for many years at the former Oriental Hotel in Kobe.

This one-of-a-kind dish faithfully reproduces the traditional flavor of the hotel, which sadly closed down due to the damage caused by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, and combines the sweetness of onions with a spicy spiciness.

Donut Wall

The Donut Wall, which has become popular at parties overseas and is also a trend in Japan due to its eye-catching appearance, is a hugely popular menu item at Oriental Hotels & Resorts. Enjoy the colorful donuts with your eyes and your taste buds.
