This spring, Tokyo Skytree is hosting The Sakura SKYTREE event from February 27 to April 14, bringing a full cherry blossom experience to its observation decks. Highlights include:

- Cherry blossom decorations and photo spots on the two observation decks.
- A cherry blossom-themed café menu.
- A cherry blossom-themed spring lighting of the tower
- Cherry blossom footage in the SKYTREE ROUND THEATER

Cherry Blossom Decorations and Photo Spots in Tokyo Skytree's Observation Decks

The Tembo Deck (floor 350) and Tembo Galleria (floor 450) will be decorated with a cherry blossom theme. At the new, unique photo spots, you can capture stunning views of the city with cherry blossoms, a sight exclusive to the tower.

The overall experience creates a unique Sky x Sakura environment.

Cherry Blossom-themed Café Menu

The SKYTREE CAFE within the Tembo Deck offers an exclusive cafe menu with food and drinks inspired by cherry blossoms.

From alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink menus to sweets, these items are not only delicious but also visually appealing, making them perfect for memorable photos alongside the stunning views.

For instance, Sakura Sora MANKAI is a drink that captures the blue sky and cherry trees in full bloom. This soda has a subtle cherry fragrance and is generously filled with strawberries and lychee for a satisfying drink experience.

The Sakura Pop URARAKA is a soda drink featuring a whole cherry-flavored ice pop inside. Enjoy the changing flavors by gradually breaking down the ice pop into the cherry and strawberry-flavored soda.

Sky × Sakura Special Lighting of the Tower

A new special display for spring titled "Sakura SKY" will be used as Tokyo Skytree's lighting theme.

This display is designed to evoke the imagery of cherry blossoms blooming in the vast spring sky, resembling petals carried away by the wind, represented through intersection lighting.

Screening of Special Footage at SKYTREE ROUND THEATER

Experience footage that expresses the “transience” and “beauty” of cherry blossoms, uniquely Japanese. Enjoy this beautiful experience on a panoramic screen at a height of 350 meters.

Event-Exclusive Merchandise at the SKYTREE SHOP

The SKYTREE SHOP on the 5th floor of Tokyo Skytree will also be decorated with cherry blossoms.

For a limited time, the shop will be offering cherry blossom-themed merchandise, as well as event-exclusive medal keychains that make wonderful keepsakes of the Sakura SKY event.
