1. Yaesu North Exit Area 1F, Outside the Ticket Gates

In the Yaesu North Exit area, close to the Shinkansen ticket gates, there are 10 lockers in total: 6 lockers just outside the ticket gates and 4 lockers near Yaekita Shokudo, the restaurant area of ​​GRANSTA YAEKITA.

These lockers are conveniently located on the same floor as the ticket gates, so you don't have to go up and down stairs. However, because they are so accessible, they fill up quickly. If you wish to use them, we recommend making a reservation in advance!

If you are using the Tokaido Shinkansen, please exit from the Yaesu North Exit, not the transfer gate. If you are using the Tohoku, Yamagata, Akita, Hokkaido, Joetsu, or Hokuriku Shinkansen, exit from the transfer gate and head for the Yaesu North Exit ticket gate. The key to both is to exit from the Yaesu North Exit .

2. B1F Chuo Underground Passage Inside the Ticket Gate South Transfer Plaza

Although it is located on the first basement floor, this locker is especially recommended for those using the Tohoku, Yamagata, Akita, Hokkaido, Joetsu, and Hokuriku Shinkansen lines. It is easily accessible and has 40 lockers, so there is a good chance that they will be available if you go early. There is also a luggage storage facility nearby.

However, although there are many lockers, they fill up quickly due to their easy access. If you plan to use this facility, it is a good idea to make a reservation in advance. In addition, there are only a few lockers (Multi-Ecube) available for reservation at the South Transfer Plaza, so it is recommended to make a reservation early!

Access

Turn right in front of the Marunouchi South Exit ticket gates and take the escalator down to the first basement floor. Look for the Yokosuka/Sobu Line (Rapid) signs.

Once you reach the first basement floor, take the escalator on the right hand side of the Marunouchi Underground Chuo Exit down to the fourth basement floor.

Take the escalator down to the 4th basement floor and walk towards the back left to arrive. There are many lockers lined up at the Oku!

2. B1F North Underground Passageway, near Kurobei Yokocho (outside the ticket gates)

In the North Underground Passageway, which runs from the Marunouchi Underground North Exit on B1F toward Yaesu, there are 13 coin lockers near the Kurobe Yokocho restaurant area in GRANSTA YAEKITA. This location is less crowded than some other areas, so lockers are often available.
However, because it is more accessible than the 4th basement floor of the Sobu Line, lockers may fill up during busy periods, such as holidays or peak hours. Be sure to check availability in advance.
