How to use

② Make a reservation by entering the desired station, locker, shipping date, delivery address, etc. *Reservations can be made from one week in advance until 8:00 PM on the day of delivery.
③ On the morning of your reservation (around 2:05 AM), we will notify you of your reserved locker details, reservation number, and QR code via the website and email. ④ Leave your luggage in the reserved locker by 8:00 PM . *Only packaged luggage or suitcases can be delivered. ⑤ Pick up your luggage at the specified address (if you have chosen a hotel as your delivery address, you will generally pick it up at the hotel counter).

1. Only one package can be delivered per reservation.

Please note that if multiple items are placed in one locker, delivery will not be possible.

2. Only packaged luggage or suitcases can be delivered

Only suitcases or items packed in cardboard boxes or special packaging can be delivered . Please note that we cannot deliver Boston bags or backpacks.

3. If delivering to a hotel, be sure to enter the guest information

It is possible to deliver to hotels using the "Locker Anywhere Delivery Service," but please be sure to enter the name and contact information of the guest who registered when making your hotel reservation in the delivery information. When delivering your package to the hotel, you will need to provide the hotel with the information you entered here, and the hotel will only be able to accept your package if it is confirmed to match the guest information. Please note that if the name you enter differs from the name listed in the hotel's guest information, the hotel will not be able to accept your package .

Similarly, if the Roman alphabet, Katakana, and Kanji characters do not match , the hotel will not be able to accept your luggage. For example, if you registered your name in Roman alphabet when booking the hotel, please enter your name in Roman alphabet as well .

Also, whether or not luggage delivery is possible varies depending on the hotel. Please check the hotel's website in advance to see if delivery is possible and the rules for writing the address .
