In Conclusion
For all those who have had the chance to witness it, the sight of the cherry blossoms is a treasured memory of the beginning of spring. Those who will be traveling in Japan at the end of April - beginning of May can still catch this year's sakura in the northern areas, such as Tohoku and Hokkaido, as well as in the mountainous areas at higher altitudes.
We hope that this collection of photos provided by MATCHA's readers will inspire other travelers to catch the first chance to view the cherry blossoms in Japan at least once in their life!
Thank you all for the beautiful pictures of sakura! We wish you a wonderful spring.
