*For iPhone devices, iPhone XR or newer models supporting iOS 12.1 or later are required.
*iPhones and iPads from China, Hong Kong, and Macau are not supported.
*Apple Watch is not compatible.
*The compatibility of Android devices has not been confirmed, so we cannot guarantee their functionality with our eSIM.

After entering all required information on the application form and paying with a credit card, you will receive detailed information about the eSIM on your registered email in as little as 30 minutes.

*Please note that for orders placed between 10:00 AM and 7:30 PM (business hours), eSIMs will be issued within one hour, and for orders placed outside business hours, QR codes will be issued sequentially from 10:00 AM the next day.
