The name LOQUAT is derived from the phantom fruit "white loquat" that can only be seen in early summer in the land called Toi. Since white loquat is not treated gently, it will spoil quickly, so it is difficult to find it outside . Loquat, named after the white loquat, is a facility that has been renovated from the residence of the Toi family, who have been landlords of Toi for generations since the Edo period. It is said that the Suzuki family made a great contribution to Toi through the work of transporting charcoal from Amagi to Toi by sea.
