"Infiorata" means "to sow flowers" in Italian. In Italy and other countries, events have been held for over 400 years in which people spread flower petals on the ground to create pictures and patterns.

All participants will create a piece of flower art with a design inspired by the Daigokuden of Kunikyu, which was relocated from Heijo Palace, as well as the Nihon Shoki, Kojiki, and Manyoshu.
