With the fifth expansion in 2020, which marks the 20th anniversary of its opening, Rinku Premium Outlets will have approximately 250 popular domestic and international brand shops. Expanded store area to approximately 50,100m2. Powered up to become the largest outlet in western Japan, second only to Gotemba Premium Outlets, which is the largest outlet in Japan!

It is located on the north side of the 1st floor of the main side and provides guidance in English and Chinese. We will not only give you a map of the facility, but also give you a discount coupon sheet for foreigners upon presentation of your passport. We also have flight digital signage where you can see flight arrivals and departures, and a foreign currency exchange machine for your convenience.

A new service counter for TUMOCA Express, which provides temporary baggage storage and international delivery services, will open within the facility's Welcome Center, an information center for tourists visiting Japan. Temporary baggage storage is available for 800 yen per piece per day, and items purchased within the facility can be stored for free, allowing you to enjoy the facility with ease even if you have a lot of shopping to do. In addition, we can deliver packages internationally to 126 countries*, so you can purchase home appliances, household goods, outdoor goods, and other items that are too large or heavy to take home with confidence. *As of January 2023
