Dogo Ichie is a CAFE BAR & showrooming store that opened in 2022 and is produced by Mizuguchi Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Dogo with a history of over 120 years since its founding.

From Dogo Onsen, one of Japan's oldest hot springs, which boasts a 3,000-year history and is mentioned in the Nihon Shoki, walk through the Dogo shopping district and a short distance west along the Nikitazu road to find Minakuchi Sake Brewery, and Dogo Ichie located on the same premises.

As you step into the stylish building using the "Dogo Ichie" flag as your landmark, you will see the CAFE BAR counter right in front of you.

Next to it is the exhibition (showroom) space, and at the back there is a tatami space where you can take off your shoes.

The round tables lined up in the back are actually made from sake barrels.

The stylish space displays a wide variety of attractive and wonderful products, mainly from Ehime Prefecture.

You can actually touch the products, check their value, and if you find one you like, you can purchase it from the online shop.

Dogo Ichie regularly holds a variety of events and workshops.
