Kawaguchiko Herb Festival 2025

The Kawaguchiko Herb Festival is a symbolic event for "creating a fragrant village" and is celebrating its 33rd anniversary this year since its first event in 1992. It is a major event in Fujikawaguchiko Town that attracts many tourists from both Japan and overseas every year.

The event will be held in two locations: Oishi Park on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchiko and Yagisaki Park on the south shore.
In addition, events such as the "Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko Opening Festival Fireworks Display" will be held in conjunction with the Herb Festival.

You can get to Oishi Park, where the Herb Festival is held, by taking the Lake Kawaguchiko Tour Bus, and to Yagizaki Park by taking the Lake Saiko Tour Bus. However, to avoid the crowded buses and roads, we also recommend Bicycle rental and touring the Herb Festival site.

Yagisaki Park

Yagisaki Park, located on the south shore of Lake Kawaguchiko, is a famous spot for lavender. There are well-maintained walking paths, so you can take your time appreciating the lavender. You can also see a lot of hydrangeas at the same time at the same time.
