Mishima Skywalk is a pedestrian bridge in Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture, measuring 400 meters in length and offering panoramic views of the surroundings and Mt. Fuji.

Running from June 7 to July 8, the Mishima Skywalk Hydrangea Festival 2025 unveils a breathtaking display of 13,000 hydrangeas, with 205 varieties across a sprawling 7,000m² forest haven.

Celebrating this botanical marvel, guests can wander through a corridor of blooms that includes unique varieties like Skywalk, Haou, and Natsuzora, unique to the region.
From June 20 to July 6, visitors can enjoy a mesmerizing glow as pastel-colored azaleas are lit up in the park. Held over nine weekends, the illumination runs from 17:00 to 20:30, with the last admission at 20:00. The sight offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and magical lighting, creating a romantic atmosphere for evening strolls.
Due to the enchanting vast scenery, the festival is holding an Instagram photo campaign, inviting guests to capture and share their hydrangea marvels for a chance to be featured on the official Instagram page. Winners will earn a place in the Mishima Skywalk original calendar!

A newly launched interactive experience on a dedicated website. Visitors answer questions about their current mood and preferences to receive personalized azalea recommendations. This fun, engaging activity enhances the festival experience, encouraging visitors to explore the park’s diverse floral displays tailored to their feelings.

The area is not only great for magical vistas and blooms but also perfect for walking your dog! Due to its magnificent forest trails, guests are invited to enjoy the flowers with their furry friends.
