CITY CIRCUIT TOKYO BAY opened in Odaiba, Tokyo in December 2023. CITY CIRCUIT TOKYO BAY is the only circuit within Tokyo's 23 wards , where you can drive rental GO Karts.

It's actually quite rare in Japan to have a circuit in the city center. Racing cars produce loud exhaust noise and fumes, so circuits are built in mountainous areas. On the other hand, the GO Karts at this facility are electric carts. Since EV carts produce no exhaust noise or fumes, you can enjoy driving on a circuit even in the heart of Tokyo.

CITY CIRCUIT TOKYO BAY, located in Tokyo, is easily accessible and can be easily reached by train.

It is directly connected to Aomi Station on the Yurikamome Line, which runs from Shinbashi, Tokyo. It is a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Teleport Station on the Rinkai Line, which also stops at Shibuya and Shinjuku. Tokyo Big Sight, Senkaku Banrai, Toyosu Market, and teamLab Planets are located on the Yurikamome and Rinkai Lines.

No driver's license is required to ride the GO Kart at CITY CIRCUIT TOKYO BAY! Anyone who is 150cm tall can ride. The circuit provides all the equipment needed for driving, such as helmets and gloves, so you can come empty-handed. You can casually experience full-scale circuit driving.

GO Karts have a simple structure, with the accelerator on the right and the brake on the left. However, the maximum speed is 50 kilometers per hour, and it is said that the speed feels two or three times faster than that. This is because the seat position of the GO Kart is low, so the driver's line of sight is also low. Driving a GO Kart that runs close to the ground and feels the wind with your whole body allows you to enjoy a sense of speed that you can't feel anywhere else.

Enjoyable for Children! Recommended for Family Outings 

Even small children and those who are not good at driving can enjoy CITY CIRCUIT TOKYO BAY.

We have indoor GO Karts for kids between 105cm and 149cm tall . The GO Karts for kids can be remotely controlled to three different speeds, so even small children can ride safely. Our staff will adjust the speed according to your child's level of proficiency. At night, there is a projection mapping performance, so children will never get bored.

In addition, there is a simulator that faithfully reproduces the outdoor course. There are two types of simulators, one for adults and one for children. If you are not good at driving, you can try driving a GO Kart after practicing on the simulator. It is free, so you can practice as many times as you like, and since it is a simulator, it is okay if you crash as many times as you like.

For children or those who are not good at driving, we also recommend two-seater karts. The driver must be over 150cm tall, but passengers can ride at any height. It is often used by parents and children, or couples. Why not enjoy a circuit drive together while feeling the sea breeze of Odaiba!

Starting in June, the Formula 4 car will be coming to CITY CIRCUIT TOKYO BAY. The F4 is an introductory race for formula cars, which is held in races around the world. You can now see formula cars, which you would normally only be able to see at a circuit, at Odaiba in central Tokyo.
