Helicopter trip! Autumn at "The Ritz-Carlton Nikko"

Traffic jams on Irohazaka are almost guaranteed during the best season to view the autumn leaves.

Due to inbound tourist demand, traffic congestion is expected to be heavier than usual during the autumn foliage season in 2024.

With the helicopter plan we are introducing this time, you can land at the heliport right next to the hotel, which is sure to eliminate the time wasted and frustration caused by traffic jams!

After taking off from the Tokyo Heliport in Shinkiba, the plane will land at the heliport near The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko in about 50 minutes, where you will be picked up by a private vehicle from The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko.

We will create a custom plan based on your requests regarding the room, number of nights, dinner menu, etc. Of course, we can also arrange a one-way helicopter trip!

This also includes a hire car service from within Tokyo's 23 wards, so if the helicopter service is canceled, you can rest assured that we will provide a hire car to take you to the hotel.

The helicopter we will charter is a Eurocopter (now Airbus Helicopters) AS355 (seats four passengers, cruising speed 290 km), a highly safe twin-engine aircraft.

It is located in Nikko National Park, across from Irohazaka, known as a famous spot for viewing autumn leaves, and surrounded by the rich nature of Mt. Nantai, Lake Chuzenji, and Kegon Falls.

Up to two children under 12 years old can share a bed with their parents free of charge (the first child must be under 12 years old, and the second child must be under 6 years old).

*If the helicopter cannot operate, the transfer plan will be changed to a hire car and 500,000 yen will be refunded each way.
