This is an experiential restaurant where you can enjoy typical Japanese foods such as thin sushi rolls and tea in a relaxed atmosphere. For thin sushi rolls, you can choose and place your favorite ingredients on top of seaweed and vinegared rice, then roll it up with a rolling mat and eat it. There are about 50 different ingredients, ranging from seafood such as tuna, shrimp, and crab to roast beef, cheese, avocado, and pickles. There's no need to worry about whether you can roll it properly, as there are how-to videos on the tablet on the table to show you how.

There are three menus to choose from, with 5, 6, or 8 types of plate toppings. In addition, the set in the photograph includes 6 popular plate toppings, 4 pieces of vinegared rice, and tempura. The "Shojin Plate" for vegetarians includes 6 plate toppings, 4 thin rolls, and a tea tasting stand. The tableware uses traditional Ishikawa crafts, Kutani ware and Yamanaka lacquerware.

In addition, at the tea tasting stand, you can choose from eight types of tea leaves, including Kanazawa Bocha, Gyokuro (jade dew), and Sencha (infused tea). Scoop up hot water from the tea kettle with a ladle, pour it into a teapot, and then into a teacup. The spacious store is an artistic space based on Japanese culture, and there is also a corner with Ryukyu tatami mats.
