Night view spot 1: Oishi Park

A popular park on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchiko. In summer, you can enjoy lavender, and in autumn, you can enjoy the combination of kochia and Mt. Fuji. At night, you can see the night view of the south shore, Mt. Fuji, and Lake Kawaguchiko. The Lake Kawaguchiko Natural Living Center in the park is open until 6:00 p.m., so if you want to buy souvenirs or enjoy eating and drinking, please make sure to do so before closing time.

Night view spot 2: Lake Kawaguchiko North Shore Walking Trail

Near the walking trail, which is the venue for the Cherry Blossom Festival in spring and the Autumn Leaves Festival in autumn, there are many tourist attractions in the surrounding area, such as the Lake Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum, the Lake Kawaguchiko Monkey Theater, and the Lake Kawaguchiko Museum of Art.

From the walking trail, you can see the lights of the Lake Kawaguchiko Bridge reflected on the lake's surface and a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji.

Night view spot 3: Arakurayama Sengen Park（Pagoda）

In early spring, this is a very popular park where you can see cherry blossoms, Mt. Fuji, the five-story pagoda, and the Fujiyoshida cityscape, but it is also a famous night view spot that has been selected as one of the top 100 night views. The view of Mt. Fuji and the Fujiyoshida cityscape from the observation deck is beautiful, and the Chureito Pagoda is lit up at night, which is also a highlight.

Night view spot 4: Mount Fuji 5th Station

The Fuji Subaru Line Fifth Station, which is the trailhead for Mt. Fuji on the Yamanashi side, is a tourist spot with a variety of facilities including restaurants and shops.

At night, you can see the magnificent night view of the Fuji Five Lakes below you. However, in winter (January to March), the Fuji Subaru Line is closed and you cannot reach the fifth station. Also, during the private car restrictions in the climbing season (mid-July to mid-September), you cannot drive to the fifth station by private car.

Night view spot 5: Fujimibashi Observatory

This observation space is located halfway up Misaka Pass, and is a spectacular spot where you can see Mt. Fuji right in front of you. There is a deck built for photography and as a viewpoint, so it's a great place to enjoy the view. Misaka Pass is well-maintained and easy to drive on, so you can visit by car with peace of mind.

Nightlife spot 1: Fujiyoshida Nishiura district

In the Nishiura district of Fujiyoshida, where the retro Showa era streetscape remains, new shops are opening one after another, including an izakaya renovated from an old house and a stylish wine bar that combines retro and modern styles. Come and enjoy a bar hopping trip!

Nightlife Spot 2: Fuji Chobo no Yu Yurari Onsen

In addition to two types of open-air baths with outstanding views of Mt. Fuji, you can enjoy a total of 16 types of baths, including carbonated springs and cave baths. The baths are also lit up at night, allowing you to soak in a fantastic atmosphere. In summer, you can enjoy a bath while gazing at the lights of the mountain huts on Mt. Fuji, and in winter, a starry sky overhead.
