A cafe and sweets shop located just a three-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. Their signature product, "Punini," from which the shop's name is derived, is a baked confectionery made by combining domestically produced rice flour with a particular focus on the grain size and wheat flour from France. As advertised as a "magical texture that stops time," the chewy, squishy texture has captivated many people when they put it in their mouths. In addition to the "Classic Punini," which is recommended for those who simply want to enjoy the texture, the bite-sized "Cocco Punini," which is made by combining carefully selected ingredients such as strawberry, Uji matcha, bean paste butter, and raisin butter with a little extra effort, is also popular.

The modern interior of the shop has a cafe space where they serve sweets that are only available for eat-in. In addition to the sweets menu, such as the "Punini Cotta" series, which is served with the sauce or cream that best suits each of the four types of Punini sold in the store, and the "Foret Noire Parfait", a luxurious dish for adults accented with rich chocolate cream and western liquor, they also have a wide selection of drinks such as specialty coffee supervised by famous shops, Kaga Bo Kaga Latte, and homemade lemon squash.
