About the service

"LUGGAGE EXPRESS" is a luggage delivery service between Kyoto and Tokyo.

For example, you can leave your luggage at your accommodation in Kyoto and pick it up at your accommodation in Tokyo on the same day. You can enjoy sightseeing without having to carry around large bags.

・Delivery service area: Some accommodations in Kyoto City ⇔ Some accommodations in Tokyo*There are also drop-off counters at Kyoto Station and Tokyo Station. Please check the dedicated website for details such as reservation methods and fees at each station.

・Reception and delivery times: Luggage left by 9:00 AM will be picked up by 6:00 PM or 9:00 PM on the same day.

Regular delivery (arrives at 9 PM on the same day): 13,200 yen/item, Express delivery (arrives at 6 PM on the same day): 16,500 yen/item (tax included)

STEP 1: Make a reservation on the website

You can easily make reservations and payments through the website. After completing your reservation, a "reservation ticket" will be sent to you by email, so don't forget to check it!

STEP 2: Leave your luggage at the front desk

Simply present your reservation ticket at the front desk of your hotel and attach the special luggage tag to your luggage. Leave your luggage and head out for sightseeing!

*Baggage can be left until 9:00 AM on the day of departure .

STEP 3: Pick up your luggage at your destination

Please tell your name at the front desk of your destination hotel and collect your luggage.

*Pickup is available after 6:00 PM or 9:00 PM on the day.
