Umiuma, a program promoting delicious seafood from Tohoku, has partnered with several restaurants in Tokyo to offer special seafood menus for a limited time until March 26!
The restaurants participating in the Umiuma Gurumeshi Dining Fair are known for offering high-quality Japanese, Chinese, Italian, and Thai cuisine in Tokyo. These limited original seafood menus were developed by their exceptionally skilled chefs using selected ingredients from Tohoku. Salmon and Mackerel Dishes at Sasaoka
Sasaoka is a Japanese restaurant known for its elegant, relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine offered here showcases traditional Japanese flavors.
The original dishes created with Tohoku seafood include salmon and mashed tofu salad, grilled mackerel with yuzu citrus, and extremely appetizing mackerel sushi. These dishes are easy to make and very tasty, so do check them out!
Delicious Seafood Pasta at IL GHIOTTONE
IL GHIOTTONE specializes in Italian cuisine made with plenty of carefully selected vegetables grown in Kyoto. Their Tokyo location is right near Tokyo Station in the Marunouchi district.
