If you take the Seibu Railway, it takes about 70 minutes from Ikebukuro to Moomin Valley Park.

1. Seibu Ikebukuro Line: Ikebukuro Station (SI01) → Hanno Station (SI26) Approx. 50 minutes by express train

2. Take the bus from the north exit of Hanno Station to Metsa (approximately 13 minutes by bus)

From the Haneda Airport Garden entrance, walk straight through the passage to the hotel entrance.
