1. Sake tasting class
At the sake tasting class, you can enjoy seasonal menus that pair a wide variety of sake with Tamba ingredients and fermented foods.
The snacks made with seasonal Tamba vegetables were created by a nutritionist at Nishiyama Sake Brewery, and I felt a sense of warmth. I was also impressed by the pairing with sake.
