A huge object is the landmark! A cafe in Meriken Park

"TOOTH TOOTH FISH IN THE FOREST" stands right next to the large fish sculpture in Meriken Park.

It is about a 10-minute walk south from JR Motomachi Station, or about a minute from the City Loop "Meriken Park" bus stop. There is no parking lot, so if you have small children or it's raining, it's convenient to use the City Loop, which runs through major tourist spots.

The restaurant has high ceilings and large windows that let in bright sunlight, creating a spacious atmosphere. There are also many seats, making it convenient for groups. Another impressive feature is the row of rattan lights above the first floor seats.

There are five types of pasta made with chewy original fresh noodles, and two seasonal types (contents vary depending on the season). The "Slowly simmered Awaji beef with bolognese cheese fondue sauce" (2,200 yen on weekdays / 2,420 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) is made with 50% Awaji beef.

The chewy pasta goes well with the rich sauce, making this a satisfying meal. This dish is available all year round, so if you're not sure what to order, try this one first.

TOOTH TOOTH FISH IN THE FOREST is a semi-self-service cafe.

After ordering at the register, you can enjoy the bread buffet while waiting for your pasta to be prepared.

Free flavored water available

There are always 10 to 12 varieties of homemade bread baked in-house every morning, and the Toyotomi is mini-sized so it's easy to eat, and you can enjoy a little bit of each type.

There is also a toaster installed in the store, so we recommend heating it up before eating.

There are a variety of breads available, including standard white bread and butter rolls, as well as savory dishes and sweets. Seasonal breads are also available.

On the day of the interview, the seasonal "Peach Bread" that was popular last year was on the lineup. The types of "Peach Bread" are as follows:

・White peach melon bread

・Yellow peach tea cream bread

The moment you bite into any of them, the aroma of peach spreads softly in your mouth, and they are so delicious you can eat as many as you want. Even though I know there is pasta as well, I still find myself eating too much.

If you want to enjoy tea time after your meal, we recommend ordering an additional drink. The cafe menu includes coffee, tea, and soft drinks that look gorgeous.

For a limited time only, they are also adding "White Peach Pulp Peach Tea" and "White Peach Pulp Lemonade" (748 yen each), both of which use peaches, so be sure to check them out too.

"TOOTH TOOTH FISH IN THE FOREST" offers a stylish picnic with the "PICNIC SET" (2,160 yen/person, reservation required). This takeout set includes your choice of sandwich and drink, a "sea sable" from "PATISSERIE TOOTH TOOTH", as well as photogenic items such as a picnic basket and sheet.

Starting on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, the "NIGHT PICNIC" (starting from 2,160 yen/person, reservation required) will be available for a limited time only during the summer. Lanterns and garland lights are also available for rental, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy a photogenic picnic.

You can also order a half bottle of wine (Aka/white/sparkling) for an additional fee, so you can enjoy a different kind of moment with family and friends while sipping on a drink.

There are also play items available for rental for a fee.

There are two time slots, and you can enjoy the tour for up to two hours. Reservations are required and can be made in store, by phone, or on the website.
