Guidelines for Implementation
1. Applicable Period: Loans taken between April 6, 2026 (Monday) and February 28, 2027 (Sunday) (Return date is March 10, 2027 (Wednesday))
2. Application period: April 1, 2026 (Wed) - February 23, 2027 (Tue) *Up to 4 days before the first day of rental car use
*Application acceptance suspension period (Application acceptance will be temporarily suspended during the period below.)
Friday, May 1st to Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, Friday, September 18th to Wednesday, September 23rd, Saturday, December 26th to Sunday, January 3rd, 2027
*Please note the application deadline date due to public holidays (Japan Standard Time).
For use on July 21st (Tuesday), the deadline is July 17th (Friday) at 4 PM.
For use on October 13th (Tuesday), the deadline is October 9th (Friday) at 4 PM.
For use on November 24th (Tue), the deadline is November 20th (Fri) at 4 PM.
〇For use on January 12th, 2027 (Tuesday), the deadline is January 8th (Friday) at 4:00 PM.

Vehicles with a seating capacity of 6 or more people: 5,000 yen (per vehicle)

This offer is only valid for those who have made a reservation in advance and paid at the rental office on the day of their visit.
(Prepayments and travel agency coupons are not eligible.)

This applies to "online advance payment" and "on-site payment on the day of the event."
3 : NIPPON RENT-A-CAR
This applies to "prepayment made through the NIPPON RENT-A-CAR-A-Car website" and "on-site payment on the day of rental."
(Travel agency coupons are not accepted for either 2 or 3)
Basic requirements
① The rental car must be picked up and returned at a branch office located within Okayama Prefecture.
② You must stay at an accommodation facility in Okayama Prefecture for at least one night. *Staying at the home of a relative, acquaintance, or friend does not qualify for the discount.
Application Procedure (Customer)
① Application via application form (up to 5 days before the first day of use) Application method (Please apply via the link below)
② After reviewing the content, the Okayama Prefecture Tourism Federation will send you a confirmation email containing your registration number.
*Applications that do not meet the requirements will be notified (by email) that they will be ineligible.
Loan procedures
① Present the reservation confirmation email at the rental car office where you made your reservation. Also, present your driver's license or passport.
② Pay the amount after deducting 3,000 yen or 5,000 yen from the reservation price (see discount amount).
Precautions
① 1 : Times Car, ORIX Rent-a-Car, Heisei Rent-a-Car
This offer is only valid for those who have made a reservation in advance and paid at the rental office on the day of their visit.

④ If you return the item to a store outside of Okayama Prefecture, you will not be eligible for this campaign.
⑤ Coupons for travel products cannot be used.
⑥ If the rental car fee is less than the subsidy amount, the actual amount will be subsidized.
⑦ This can be used in conjunction with transportation subsidies from other organizations.
⑧ The campaign will end once the budget limit is reached.
