The Okayama Prefectural Tourism Federation is offering a discount for rental car use by tourists from abroad visiting in Okayama Prefecture. Please note: You must make your rental car reservations yourself. Please see below for eligible payment methods.

Individuals with non-Japanese passports (individuals from abroad visiting Okayama Prefecture for the purpose of tourism)
Discount (Per Vehicle)
Vehicles with a seating capacity of up to 5: 3,000 yen (per vehicle)
Vehicles with a seating capacity of 6 or more: 5,000 yen (per vehicle)

The offer applies only to reservations made for on-site payment at the relevant car rental office on the day of use.
(The offer does not apply to prepaid reservations and travel product coupons.)
2:Toyota Rent a Car Okayama
Applicable to "online prepayment" and "on-site payment on the day"
3:NIPPON RENT-A-CAR
Applicable to ❝Online prepayment through the Nippon Rent-A- Car website ❞ and "on-site payment on the day"
( Both 2 and 3 :travel agency coupons are not applicable)
Basic Requirements
①The rental car pickup and return must be at a rental office within Okayama Prefecture.
②Stay at least one night at an accommodation facility in Okayama Prefecture. ※The offer does not apply to stays at the homes of relatives, acquaintances, or friends.
Application Procedure
①Application via the application form (up to 4 days before pickup)
②After confirming the details, you will receive a notification of completion with the acceptance number from the Okayama Prefectural Tourism Federation.
※ Applications that do not meet the requirements will receive a notification stating their ineligibility (via email).
Car Rental Procedure
①Present the completed reservation email at the car rental office where you made the reservation. In addition, present your driver’s license and passport.
②Pay the discounted amount, which is either 3,000 yen or 5,000 yen less than the reserved amount. (* Please refer to the discount amount.)
Precautions
①1:Times Car・Orix Rent-a-Car・Heisei Car Rentals
The offer applies only to reservations made for on-site payment at the relevant car rental office on the day of use.

② The rental rates displayed on the respective car rental company’s website or booking platforms are the regular rates.
③You can drop the rental car off in Okayama Prefecture with one-way rental options. (Please inquire about the fee with the car rental company.)
④The offer does not apply to cars returned at locations outside Okayama Prefecture.
⑤Travel product coupons cannot be used for this promotion.
⑥If the rental car cost is less than the subsidized amount, you will receive a subsidy equal to the actual cost
⑦This offer can be combined with transportation subsidies from other organizations.
⑧The campaign will end once the budget limit is reached.
Cancellation of Subsidies
If false or fraudulent information is found in the application, or if the application does not meet the basic requirements outlined in point 6. (If after the discount has been redeemed, a refund will be requested.)
