The owner, Shige-san, was born and raised in the town of Fuse, but he once left Fuse to work at a horse meat shop in Tokyo before pursuing a career as a chef.

In 2020, he opened his own restaurant in his hometown of Fuse, hoping to open a restaurant that his father could visit. His classmates from his hometown also work as staff members.

Inside the store, Showa-era hit songs that everyone has heard are played, and the red lanterns shining from the ceiling and Showa-era posters that evoke the era give the place a nostalgic feel.
