*1 Notes and Additional Information: Dress Code and Personal Belongings
- You will be walking up hills and stairs in the precincts of Nikko Toshogu Shrine and around the Kanmangafuchi area, so wear comfortable walking clothes, non-slip shoes, and a backpack. (Walking distance during the tour: about 5 km)
- Because there are leeches from April to November, we recommend that you wear thick socks up to your ankles, avoid exposing your feet, and bring bug spray.
- You will need to take off your shoes in some areas of Toshogu Shrine. Wear shoes that are easy to take off and put on, as well as shoes that are comfortable for walking.

*2 Notes and Additional Information: Meals
- The tour includes Japanese-style meals that contain meat and fish.
- Please book a vegetarian meal separately. We cannot accept any changes on the day of the tour.
- Muslim-friendly meals, allergy-free meals, gluten-free meals, and other special requests are not available.

Terms and Conditions
- Booking is available until 12:00 pm (noon) the day before the tour. Please book through the system by the deadline.
- The tour may be canceled up to 4 days in advance if the number of participants is less than one or due to other reasons. 
- If you have specific requests or need a reply from the tour operator in advance, please indicate them in the Remarks section and contact the tour operator.
- The train schedule for 2024 has been finalized, and this plan is now available until December 2024 (updated on December 19, 2023).

Disclaimer and Warranty: Itinerary and Places Visited
- The itinerary may change on the day of the tour due to road conditions, events, ceremonies, or other reasons.
- We will use public transportation during the tour. Please note that the buses in Nikko may be overcrowded, and you might not get a seat.
- If the road to Kanmangafuchi is unsafe due to icy conditions, or if Nikko Toshogu Shrine is inaccessible for any reason, the tour may take you to another location. In such cases, we will visit either Futaarayama Shrine, Rinnoji Taiyuin, Tamozawa Imperial Villa, or Nikko Botanical Garden.
- We will take a direct limited express train from JR Shinjuku Station to Tobu Nikko Station and back. However, due to schedule revisions or other reasons, we may switch to the JR Tohoku Shinkansen (non-reserved seats) plus a local train, or the limited express train to/from Tobu Asakusa Station plus a subway. In either case, fares and express fees are included in the tour price, and a guide will accompany you from departure at Keio Plaza Hotel to arrival at Shinjuku Station.

Notes and Additional Information: Children and Infants
- Children aged 0-5 may participate in the tour free of charge, but they will not be provided with lunch or train seats. Children who wish to have lunch and train seats should be registered as “Child”.
