Joyfull Shopping Sanpia is located at Komyoike Station on the Senboku Rapid Railway. In one corner of the shopping mall is Misaki Sushi, a restaurant that values its commitment to using ingredients from known suppliers and hospitality.

The seafood is not sourced locally, but is procured from the fish market, where it is the best caught that day. The sushi rice that goes with the seafood is slightly sweet. Misaki Sushi is also well-known for its delicious rice, and the kanpyo (dried gourd) and shiitake mushrooms used in the sushi rolls are also cooked with great care in the store.

The alcohol to be enjoyed with the sushi and other dishes is sourced from liquor stores all over Japan, from Tohoku to Kyushu. The rare brands of sake and shochu bottles on display at the front of the store show the proprietress' passion for "sake to entertain."

Behind the "food with a face to tell" philosophy is the desire of the proprietress and chefs to "serve customers with delicious, safe food." Driven by this spirit of hospitality, they are planning to make their full-scale debut this year of vegetable sushi.

Misaki Sushi's original fluffy 3-layered yuba skin tastes just like tofu. Vegetables such as carrots, pounded burdock, and Japanese ginger are seasoned with sweet and sour sauce, but the vinegar mixture is changed according to the ingredients.

Misaki Sushi has a long history, and is a restaurant that has been serving its customers and ingredients with sincerity. Please come and try their specialty.
