The Fuji Five Lakes region is especially crowded during the cherry blossom season. Public transportation (trains and buses) are very crowded, making it difficult to get around on time. We recommend renting a Bicycle rental to get around the area, but there is a limit to how far you can go by bicycle. It takes about 25 minutes by car from Lake Kawaguchiko and Arakurayama Sengen Park to Oshino Hakkai. That's why we recommend this bus tour.
