The best way to get to the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan is by shuttle bus!

The event will take place in Yumeshima, an artificial island located in Konohana Ward, Osaka City . The nearest station is Yumeshima Station on the Osaka Metro Chuo Line. It is a short walk from the station to the Higashi Gate. (Depending on the time of day, the train is expected to be very crowded.)

It is not possible to drive directly to Yumeshima by private car.

We recommend taking the shuttle buses that depart from major stations in the Kansai region (Osaka, Osaka, Namba, Osaka Uehonmachi, etc.). They go right up to the West Gate, and with some exceptions, they require reservations, so you can sit back and relax.

A smartphone is essential when entering the venue, reserving a pavilion, entering the venue, using the recommended apps, and even when making payments with your smartphone! You can rent a portable battery at the East and West Gates, but there is a limited number available. You can also purchase one at the convenience store inside the venue, but they may be sold out, so if you're worried, bring your own portable battery!

There is also Kura Sushi, where you can eat food from around the world, and a food court where you can eat Osaka specialties. It can get crowded depending on the time of day, but it's fun to enjoy the food that can only be eaten at the venue.
